15 October, 2023The 10-month (full-time) or 21-month (part-time) Master of Science in Leadership program fills in the gaps you may not know you had. By providing a true general leadership experience across multiple disciplines within the organization. Graduates will have the expertise and confidence to tackle a broad array of business challenges as a leader and truly stand out. This program is designed for busy professionals who are juggling multiple demands - classes are offered on weeknights and Saturdays.
This program builds leaders who aspire to grow into executive-level management. Students participate in the Miami Leadership Challenge - an action-based corporate crisis simulation that prepares them to lead in high-pressure, high-stakes situations by immersing them in a simulated business and media crisis.
The program culminates with an individual capstone project managed by the Department Chair - one-on-one executive coaching. As a lock step delivered program, students remain together for the duration of the program strengthening their professional network.
