The purpose of this program is to prepare students for the application of mathematics in industry and scientific research. Four tracks currently offered: applied analysis, biostatistics, cryptology & information security, and financial mathematics. To complete the M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, the candidate must complete at least 30 credit hours of graduate course work.
