With eight units on different topics of leadership, and a final dissertation, you’ll have a broad range of subjects to study. We cover everything from digitalisation to diversity, and you’ll learn plenty of practical skills too. Although you’ll be developing specialist knowledge on global leadership, you don’t need a business studies background to join us – this is all about building your skills to get you the career you want. Our experienced teaching staff use a variety of class formats including lectures and workshops. Your assessments will all be some form of coursework. We focus on real-life case studies and evidence-based projects that we believe will be more useful to your career than exams.
