The Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management program can be started in either the Fall or Spring semester. Take one course a term and complete your degree in four years. Take two courses a term and complete your degree in two years. Or take three or four courses a term and complete your degree in one year. A total of 33 credit hours of graduate coursework are necessary for completion of the program for candidates with previous HR experience and/or background. An additional six credit hours of coursework may be required for candidates new to the field.
