This LLM program enables you to understand the complex issues emerging in the area of international trade, drawing on Birmingham Law School’s research strengths in the areas of international trade law, EU law, law of comparative regional integration and transnational economic relations more widely. The principal focus is on the multilateral trading system and the law of the World Trade Organisation. Our modules will allow you to develop in-depth specialisation in key related areas, such as the environment, public procurement, or competition law.
