The MFA in Studio Art program, offered through the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts, emphasizes intensive studio practice, creative collaboration, formal and informal mentorships, and rigorous academic discourse through an interdisciplinary studio art curriculum. Music
Graduate students in Tufts Master of Arts in Music have the unique opportunity to study broadly across four exciting sub-disciplines—composition, ethnomusicology, musicology, and theory—while receiving a focused training in one of them.
The MA program's small size allows you to create a tailored program of study specific to your academic interests and future goals, including interdisciplinary projects that don't easily fall within traditional lines. Occupational Therapy: Post-professional Master's
The Post-Professional Master's in Occupational Therapy (PPM) is designed for registered occupational therapists with a bachelor's degree in OT. As a student in the program, you'll increase your knowledge of practice and evidence-based research and strengthen your skills in a specific area of practice.
This degree can be completed on a full- or part-time basis for working professionals with the option to start in either the fall or spring semester. Part-time students typically complete the program in 2 years (5 or 6 semesters), while attending courses during the evening, online and/or summer.
Offshore Wind Energy Engineering

Public Policy
The Master of Public Policy (MPP) is designed for practitioners with at least 7-years of significant, relevant experience – “practical visionaries” who are advancing more just, inclusive, and sustainable communities. The program enables students to broaden and deepen personal interests, policy knowledge, and professional skills. MPP students come from diverse careers in community development corporations, advocacy organizations, government agencies, grassroots neighborhood groups, human service agencies, environmental organizations, and more.
School Psychology
The MA/EdS in School Psychology is offered by the Department of Education to prospective school psychologists. School Psychologists have a vital responsibility in the nation's schools to promote equitable educational and mental health services for all children with special attention to the systems and structure that harm, marginalize, and disenfranchise students, families, and educators in schools.
This program typically takes three years to complete with students completing 24 courses and field work.
This program is geared toward school-based practice. It is fully approved by the National Association of School Psychologists and the Massachusetts department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Software Systems Development

STEM Education
The MS in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education prepares students for careers as researchers and educators who will contribute to improving STEM education.
STEM Education is an interdisciplinary program that involves collaborations with the Tufts departments of Child Study and Human Development, Sociology, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics & Astronomy, as well as Chemical and Biological Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering. Sustainability
As a student in the MS in Sustainability program, you'll develop the knowledge and skills essential to create and support socio-ecological systems that address the needs of the present while ensuring that future generations can flourish.
Our MS in Sustainability can be completed on a full-time basis in 12-18 months, although students may also complete the program part-time. With its flexible, interdisciplinary structure, the program gives students the opportunity to connect sustainability studies to their interests in other fields.
